No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be offered. All shipping fees are also non-refundable. By submitting your purchase, you acknowledge acceptance of explained terms.

Pure Love Essence samples are available for purchase on our website. All boutiques who carry our line also display TESTERS for your use. If you are unsure if you’re in love with our essences, please try them prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All online orders are shipped within 3 business days & tracking information will be emailed to the buyer.

DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING GOODS

If your products were damaged in transit, please take photos immediately, and email them to jodi@pureloveessences.com within 2 days of receipt (photo evidence required). We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages, so be sure to have your package shipped to a secure location. Please contact your carrier directly for these circumstances.
